Lilikoi Soda Pre-Workout was inspired by the tropical islands of Hawaii. The lilikoi fruit is a yellow passion fruit that is traditionally grown in Hawaii. It's a juicy fruit that has the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. And it's 100% naturally flavored, so there is no artificial aftertaste!
Mix it easily in a tall glass of cold water and you'll be transported on a sunny beach in Hawaii sipping on a refreshingly tangy and sweet Lilikoi Soda.

However, too much beta-alanine is responsible for that tingling and itching you may feel after taking pre-workout. That's why we've added a dose of two grams, so it is sufficient enough to reap the benefits, but not too much that you start feeling uncomfortable.
- L-Theanine (200mg): This is an amino acid that helps increase energy and focus without the jittery side effects and post-workout crash.
- L-Tyrosine (500mg): This is another amino acid that works similarly to theanine. It provides an increase in energy, and improves concentration and focus so you can zone in on your intense training.

When is the best time to take a pre-workout?
Don't make the mistake of chugging your pre-workout as you're walking into the gym unless you plan on warming up for at least 15 minutes!
Most of the active ingredients found in pre-workout supplements take 15-60 minutes to reach peak levels. So, to feel the full effects of your pre-workout take it at least 15-30 minutes before your workout.
Does pre-workout break a fast?
Those who practice intermittent fasting and enjoy working out in a fasted state may be wondering whether pre-workout breaks their fast... Well, it depends on the ingredients in your pre-workout!
For the most part, performance-enhancing ingredients in pre-workout supplements don't contain calories and won't break your fast. However, if your pre-workout contains BCAA's, sugar, maltodextrin, or other artificial sweeteners, then it can break your fast. BCAAs and artificial sweeteners do contain calories and do raise insulin levels enough to break a fast.
Our Pre-Workout supplements are made with natural ingredients and only contain 5 calories, therefore they shouldn't break your fast.
How long does pre-workout last?
It really depends on the ingredients in pre-workout supplements, but most have a half-life of 4-6 hours. Typically, you can expect to feel the effects for an hour or so, but it can stay in your system for 4-6 hours.
Why does pre-workout make you itch?
That's due to the ingredient beta-alanine! Beta-alanine can cause a harmless nervous system reaction that leads to a tingling sensation on the face, hands, or feet. It typically happens in doses higher than 2 grams per serving, so if you're drinking our pre-workout you won't have to worry about that! Just make sure to add enough water into the pre-workout powder mix to avoid it from happening.
